Ease of Mind is EOM Hawaii's mission. To help relieve the stress of minding the home front by providing converging technologies and specialized home maintenance services, especially for the Baby Boomer generation, the elderly, and the "transient homeowner."

For most property owners, a home is an asset worth protecting. Yet a house will rapidly age and become unsafe if left vacant and unmanaged on a regular basis. Many older homes today are worth less than the land beneath them and are on the verge of becoming unsafe and unhealthy places in which to reside.

EOM Hawaii seeks to preserve the equity in one’s home and the occupants' quality of life by creating a safe and enjoyable environment. Specifically, EOM wants to support the "Boomer" generation and the elderly for whom home maintenance has become an increasing challenge, and the "transient homeowners" who travel frequently and have difficulty meeting home maintenance needs.

The "Boomer" generation needs help. The costs and time associated with caring for children and parents at once are daunting. Rising costs of health care and long-term care facilities are forcing many Boomers to seek alternative ways to manage these major responsibilities—including helping elders Age in Place to avoid the costs of institutionalized care and preserve assets for their own retirement.

Frequent travel and distance from home or loved ones create another level of complexity and responsibility. "Transient homeowners" often leave a home unattended, but in need of management and security measures.

EOM Hawaii uses converging technologies and home maintenance services to ensure the safety and quality of life for both "Boomers" and "transient homeowners." Through home management, we are committed to helping the elderly Age in Place successfully and helping the transient population travel without worry.
